I have created this easy to follow visual and audio guide to help with the practice of deep breathing for calm, relaxation and healing.
Most people tend to breathe quite quickly so this handy helper will help guide you to breathing at a rate of 6 breathes per minute. 5 seconds breathing in and 5 seconds breathing out.
Breathe deeply with the feeling of filling the the abdomen then the lungs even right up into the head.
The video is around 17 minutes long and try to practice this once daily.
