Being Present In The Now

Being present in the moment allows the richness of life to be experienced and flow through us without a need for stimulus. Its a grounded place that is full of depth and richness yet at the same time simplistic and attainable with no requirements of worthiness. It just sits there waiting for us when we are ready to return.
It is a place of wholeness, love and peace and is yours forever just as you are right now.

5 Minute Guided Visualization Appreciation of People on Earth

Recently I spoke online about the affect social / physical distancing is having on some people and I decided to put together this 5 minute guided visualization video to help them.

Even when we aren’t close to or near people at all we can energetically transfer energy back and forth.

We can also practice feeling appreciation and gratitude for other humans right from home or wherever we are.
Feeling and mentally sending this energy of appreciation, love and peace to other people is really healing for ourselves also. It can create calm, compassion and care for other people without doing anything other than spending a short amount of time mentally visualizing this in our minds and feeling those thoughts with our bodies.
This can also be beneficial for people experiencing social anxiety.

Social Distancing Not Human Disconnecting

At times like these remembering to have love, compassion and care for all people on earth I feel is as healing globally as it is strengthening internally.
Our thoughts and state of mind are reproduced physically in our bodies so making an effort to have a mindset of love, peace and compassion for yourself and others is strengthening internally and externally. Even during times that are stressful and unknown it is possible to align with these states of mind and give ourselves the best chance of being as strong and healthy as we can be.

Shine Light and Love on Earth

I believe at this time it is everyone’s moment to shine a light from inside and spread love, light, compassion, forgiveness and peace to everything and everyone on earth.
To do that with knowing and faith in the face of perceived chaos is true strength.
I see that strength present in everyone and now is the time to wake it up, step up and embody that energy and action.

Fear and Ego Letting Go

Currently the levels of fear are higher globally than anytime I can remember. There are many people that are suffering on so many levels. Faith and spirit appear to be non existent for many yet this could be the way towards large numbers of people letting go of fear and the ego. Letting go of the fear of the unknown and living life fully from a place of love and peace.

Balance The Mind Balance Your Emotions

Thoughts create changes in the body that are felt as emotions. Different types of thoughts create different types of emotions. Balanced thoughts create balanced emotions. Balanced emotions allow space within for things like love, peace, creativity, spirit and compassion to raise naturally within with no effort at all.

Good “Morning Breathe” Day 5 VLOG

Good “Morning Breathe” Day 5 VLOG

Every morning I get up and right away go and do some breathe-work, meditation, cold shower, mind setting and then due to being at home I go and teach schoolwork to my daughter for a while. Then later in the day I do exercise and or yoga.
Why am I telling people this?
From experience in healing of success and so many failures I can’t even count them. That how you start your day dictates how it moves forward. When I create calm, energy, vibrance and focus first thing when I wake up the rest of my day goes the same.

There are the odd days where everything seems to go upside down but even those days are better when its started out on a higher vibration.
Less issues stick to you and you can flow through life when you start this way and you can then create momentum and take that momentum through your day.
When you do this over and over again for 60 days it just becomes your new normal and then you can find new heights that you want to reach.
I believe everyone has the capacity to be a genius and limitless in whichever way they are interested in. It takes effort initially but as you learn to collaborate with your mind and body even the words effort take on a new meaning.
I plan to do these videos as often as I can. Although they may seem repetitive they are the basis for creating new patterns and beliefs.
We have so many patterns of thought and action that we do on autopilot everyday through life most of which were learnt by the time we are 8 years old and then live a life that way.
The beauty is we can change it consciously and become what we want.
